Universal Orlando Resort now allows guests to make dining reservations in Universal's app.
Previously, guests had to book through the Universal Orlando Resort website, OpenTable or by phone depending on the restaurant.
To reserve:
Select a restaurant from the provided list or by selecting it on the parks' maps in the app
Click on the "Dining Reservation" option that appears on the next page
Login to your Universal account or continue as a guest as prompted
Select party size
Select a date from the availability calendar
Select a reservation time from listed options
When confirming the reservation on the final screen, you'll be able to modify any of the previous details, add a phone number, and indicate if the reservation will be celebrating a birthday or anniversary
