Why early morning magic is one of Disney’s best deals

Early morning magic is one of the newest trends at Walt Disney World® Resort, and for good reason. Its additional price turns out to be a fantastic deal, as it grants early access to the park, food and anywhere from light to nonexistent wait times for some of the most popular attractions.

The program currently exists for both the Fantasyland® Area and Toy Story Land. Guests check in by the far left Touchpoints of the Magic Kingdom® Park Main Entrance and Disney’s Hollywood Studios® Main Entrance beginning at 7:30 a.m. Guests partaking in the limited-availability event will have access to select sections of each park before they open to the general public around 9 a.m.

Breakfast, which is served at either Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café or Backlot Express, is made available in unlimited fashion at no additional charge to event attendees until 10 a.m.

Those who wait to eat breakfast until after the parks have opened will get to enjoy empty streets, empty line queues and even sometimes empty ride vehicles. It’s the exclusive party of every Disney fan’s dreams and gives access to those rare picture moments with picturesque backgrounds. It is one of the only times to get that coveted picture without other guests behind you, creating a one-of-a-kind moment that not even the Facebook picture Photoshop groups could manage to create.

The Magic Kingdom® Park option offers The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Princess Fairytale Hall, It’s a Small World® Attraction, Under the Sea ~ Adventures of the Little Mermaid and Mad Tea Party during the event.

The Toy Story Land offers all of its attractions: Slinky Dog Dash, Alien Swirling Saucers and Toy Story Midway Mania!® Attraction. The characters who usually roam around the land are in full force here too, meaning your party can get the chance to see Woody, Jessie and Buzz before anyone else.

In our experience at Say Magical Vacations, it is possible to not only experience each land in its entirety during the events, but to also experience attractions multiple times. Our testing landed two rides of Alien Swirling Saucers and Toy Story Midway Mania!® Attraction, along with five rides of Slinky Dog Dash. All the while, if you’re fully maximizing your time during the event, you might even be granted access to more coaster riding than that. Factor in the sheer volume of riding, along with the endless breakfast, and the price seems more than justified.

Both events are tickets separately and, should you wish to complete both, require tickets on different days. Both are $79 per adult and $69 per child and are separate from the day’s park ticket or annual pass.

There are several ways to book the event, but doing so, or asking additional questions, is made easiest by contacting a travel agent.
