When Walt Disney World® Resort returned from its COVID-19 closures, it did so without the trams that help guests travel across most of its parking lots. Accessible parking spaces provide proximity to park entrances for those who qualify, but all other guests were required to walk from their spaces.
Magic Kingdom® Park and Disney's Animal Kingdom® have since returned trams to full operation, and guests attending the the time of this writing can make use of them.
In August, Disney announced the rest of its trams would return in September, and tests have been spotted running throughout the parking lots in Disney's Hollywood Studios®. Though no such tests have been reported from EPCOT®, the park's trams are set to resume operation this month as well.
