All signs point to Florida's version of Super Nintendo World likely opening with Universal's Epic Universe theme park, and though California's is set to open first in early 2023, its first look at a Nintendo ride gives a good idea on what American guests can expect.
According to Universal, the newly revealed Mario Kart attraction is set to be one its biggest and most interactive ever. The ride will combine its moving ride with set pieces, projection mapping and augmented reality with custom-made headsets.
Mario Kart: Bowser's Challenge will take guests through some of the video game's most recognizable locations while giving guests a different race experience on each ride-through.
