Things across the travel destinations have looked different since the onset of COVID-19 in March 2020, but returning activities and relaxation of restrictions at Walt Disney World® Resort indicate that more favorites will likely keep returning.
Meet-and-Greets
Full character meet-and-greets, complete with hugs and face-to-face conversations, are back at Walt Disney World Resorts. Whether meeting Mickey Mouse for the perfect picture or scavenging the parks and filling out an autograph book, character meet-and-greets (and the cast members who make them) are back in full force.
Mask Requirements
Face coverings are no longer required anywhere at Walt Disney World Resort for all guests, regardless of vaccination status. They are still encouraged and welcomed, but they are no longer required on enclosed transportation (or anywhere else).
