One of its longest festivals, the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival was our 2022 favorite. Back from March 1 through July 5, 2023, this year's festival has begun carrying the tradition of excellence.
One of the most exciting menus in our memory, this year's festival has somehow topped 2022 in the number dishes that excite us. So far, nearly everything we've tried has met—and often exceeded—our expectations.
The braised oxtail with pigeon pea rice, the crawfish pie, and all of France's pastries were standouts on our first go-round, with dishes carrying the tradition of good portion sizes for price and enough interesting flavors to warrant a dine around World Showcase.
The flower work across the park is as beautiful as ever, too. Vibrant and full, it surrounds stunning topiaries and a sky-high Goofy that demands stopping for pictures.
Enough of the menus and displays have changed and evolved to leave us confident that it hasn't merely followed previous years' formula, but has instead innovated on it. The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival remains among the best Walt Disney World® Resort has to offer.
