Earlier this year, Universal announced the development of a new, family-friendly theme park in Frisco, Texas.
This weekend, Universal revealed its name: Universal Kids Resort.
Universal also revealed the new park will be segmented into heavily themed, immersive lands along with its usual trademarks of family-friendly attractions and shows, dining, merchandise, dining and character meet-and-greets.
Concept art showcases several themed lands that appear to include SpongeBob Squarepants. The park is also set to include an on-site resort hotel that appears connected to the park's entrance.
Universal Kids Resort has yet to receive an official opening date, though construction is set to begin in 2024.
