Disney announced its nighttime specular, Fantasmic!, was set to return to Disney's Hollywood Studios® in 2022. Aside from the fact that the year is nearing its final months, a few hints have indicated the show is preparing its return.
We witnessed what we believed to be Fantasmic! testing running earlier this year, and Disney confirmed last week cast member rehearsals for the show began. That means the show is extremely close to returning, but for those who like investigate the smaller details, the Fantasmic! billboard on display near its entrance has been illuminated with lights.
Though no specific date has been announced for the show's return yet, all signs indicate it should be running by the end of the year, as previously announced.
