Beginning today, guests can now book 2024 vacation packages for Walt Disney World® Resort.
What are packages?
New packages begin Jan. 1, 2024. Packages include a hotel reservation and tickets, along with options for dining plans and special discounts, called magical extras.
The New Dining Plans
The Disney Dining Plan is back for the first time since its pandemic-based closure, and it provides guests with two different options to pre-purchase dining credits for a trip's duration.
Quick-Service Plan: For $57 per adult and $23.83 per child per day, this plan gives each guest two quick-service meals, one snack or nonalcoholic beverage and one resort-refillable mug per night of stay. Guests aged 21 and above can choose one single-serving mixed cocktail, beer or wine instead of a nonalcoholic beverage where available.
Disney Dining Plan: For $94.28 per adult and $29.69 per child per day, this plan gives each guest one quick-service meal, one table-service meal, one snack or nonalcoholic beverage and one resort-refillable mug per night of stay. Guests aged 21 and above can choose one single-serving mixed cocktail, beer or wine instead of a nonalcoholic beverage where available.
Dining plans begin Jan. 9, 2024.
Park Pass Reservations
All guests are currently required to make reservations when attending the Disney theme parks, except for Annual Passholders after 2 p.m. (excluding Magic Kingdom Park® on weekends, which always requires a reservations). That requirement goes away for all guests with dated theme park tickets beginning Jan. 9, 2024.
When should You travel?
It depends on why you're traveling, though we often recommend September and the weeks in April following Easter for those who want lighter crowds. For those looking to travel during school breaks or on dates that coincide with holidays, note:
