Hey Everyone~!

My name is Erica Richard. I reside in Thibodaux, Louisiana with my husband of 12 years, Andy, son, Dre (9), daughter, Adyline (7), and our two dachshund pups, Gracie (11) and Bruno (2).  As a First Grade teacher, I have a love for planning and organizing, especially when it came to our family vacations. This eventually led to me helping a few of my friends and family members plan their trips. So, when I was approached with the opportunity to join the Say Magical Vacations team, it was really a no-brainer. I am truly honored to be a part of such an amazing and supportive team, and I’m happy to share my knowledge and experience to help you plan the most magical vacations.

My passion for all things travel related started at a very young age. My parents would always make it a point to take yearly family vacations. At the age of 5, they decided to take me to Walt Disney World. I still have the most vivid memories from that trip of the Main Street Light Up Parade, the pink glowing flower they bought me as a souvenir, and meeting all of the different characters. When I became a mother, I knew that I wanted those same magical memories for my own kids. We went on our very first family trip in 2014, and there is nothing like watching the magic unfold from the perspective of your own children. After seeing the joy and the magic in their eyes, we were hooked. I now know why my parents kept bringing me back. Each trip that we have been on since brings a totally different experience.

It’s my job to make the planning process as easy and stress free as possible, that way you can focus on making the memories, when you travel.  Whether it be a family vacation to a Disney destination, a cruise to some beautiful islands, an all inclusive getaway to celebrate an important milestone, a quick getaway to Biloxi, or anywhere else you can imagine, I can help you plan a trip full of memories.
