Walt Disney World® Resort
Reminders Before You Go
Please log into your My Disney Experience account and click the blue link next to your reservations’ details to start the Online Check-In process. This will allow you to make room requests as well as set up a text message to alert you when your room is ready. If you have not received a text message with your room assignment prior to your arrival, proceed to the Online Check-in desk in the lobby of your resort. If your room is not ready, bell services will hold your luggage and send you a text message once your room is ready.
Your Magicband will be used to enter your resort room, theme park admission, Fastpass+ admission, redeeming your dining credits (if applicable), and charging to your room. You will need to set up a PIN code to use your dining credit and activate your charging privileges. If you did not do this through Online Check-In, you can at the front desk of your resort. Should you lose a Magicband, report to any Guest Relations location for assistance.
Magical Express (if applicable):
Your Magical Express luggage tags were mailed to you or provided in your packet. Please read the instructions carefully. You can choose to either pick up your luggage in Orlando or have it delivered to your resort. Please note if you land after 9:00pm CST, you will have to pick up your own luggage. The Magical Express is located on side B of the airport on Level 1. To board the Magical Express, you will have to scan your Magicband or show your confirmation email.
Before heading to the parks/breakfast/Disney Springs, make sure you check in your luggage at the Airline Check-in counter. They will transfer your luggage to the airport for you. You may want to check-in your carry-ons at Bell Services so you don’t have to carry them with you all day until your departure. Be sure to remember to pick up your carry-ons before loading the Magical Express bus. Items checked in with Bell Services are NOT transferred to the airport. Instructions and time of your pick up will be delivered to your room the day before departure.
